Product Description

       Marya's cartridge filling lines redefine precision for parenteral drug production, integrating servo-driven piston pumps for ±0.5% filling accuracy across 1-20mL cartridges. The stainless-steel 316L construction with passivated surfaces (Ra≤0.8μm) ensures contamination control, while nitrogen purging systems eliminate headspace oxygen (≤0.1% residual). Equipped with anti-bubble technology and dynamic weight feedback, the lines achieve 120 cartridges/minute at <0.03% breakage rate. HEPA laminar flow (ISO 5) and in-line SIP sterilization support aseptic processes, fully complying with FDA and cGMP standards for parenteral drug manufacturing.
