Product Description

      This linkage production line consists of four equipments, namely, ultrasonic bottle washer, sterilisation dryer, filling and corking machine, cap rolling machine, which can complete the complex functions such as water spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, water/air flushing on inner and outer walls of bottles, preheating, drying and sterilisation, de-heating, cooling, bottle management, (pre-nitrogen charging), filling, (post-nitrogen charging), corking, plugging, corking, capping, cap rolling and so on, so as to achieve the automated production of the whole process; each of these machines can be used as standalone machine and can be used in linkage production, mainly for the production of xylin vial injection and lyophilized powdered drug of pharmaceutical factory. Each machine can be used as single machine or linkage production, mainly used in the production of injection and lyophilised powder injection in pharmaceutical factory, which can be applied in the production of antibiotics, biological drugs, chemical pharmaceuticals, blood products and other types of drugs.

• The whole line design, materials, manufacturing, assembly and debugging all meet the requirements of the new GMP or FDA, and the bottle cleaning effect of the bottle is in line with the new pharmacopoeia standards and requirements;
