4. Clean room windows
Introduction:
(1) Materials: Aluminum alloy frame clean window; stainless steel frame clean window; one-time forming steel frame clean window;
(2) Cleanroom window shape: round corner clean window, square frame clean window;
(3) Cleanroom window type: mid-mounted clean window, wafer window;
(4) Glass form: Float glass, tempered glass, fireproof glass, yellow light glass, black silk screen is optional on the four sides;
Characteristics:
(1) The cleanroom window is installed on the color steel plate or melamine resin panel. It is composed of white or black painted aluminum frame and double-layer glass and is completely flush with the wall panel with a special structural sealant, and can be integrated with the color panel. It is convenient to install and clean.
(2) It adopts double-layer glass to avoid condensation, which can be produced in a separate environment to avoid dust accumulation in the cavity. The special treatment in the cavity adsorbs the water in the cavity and is smoothly connected to the wall surface.
(3) Sound insulation: to meet people's needs for lighting, viewing, decoration, environmental protection. In general, the hollow glass can reduce the sound about 30 decibels, while the hollow glass filled with inert gas can reduce by about 5 decibels on the original basis, which can reduce the noise of 80 decibels to about 45 decibels.
(4) Heat preservation and heat insulation performance: the K value of the system of thermal conductivity, the K value of single 6 mm glass is 5.75 kcal/mh ºC, the K value of hollow glass is 1.4-2.9 kcal/mh ºC, and for the hollow glass filled with argon and sulfur fluoride gas, the minimum k value can be dropped to 1.19 kcal/mh ºC. Argon gas is mainly used to reduce the thermal conductivity K value, while fluoride sulfur gases are mainly used for noise reduction dB values. Two kinds of gas can be used alone, and can also be mixed by certain proportion.
(5) Anti-condensation: in the environment of large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor in winter, condensation occurs in single-layer glass doors and windows, while no condensation occurs in hollow glass.
5. Clean room PVC Floor
Introduction:
According to the different needs of the occasion, the ground materials of different materials such as self-leveling epoxy, PVC coiled material and epoxy colored sand ground are used. And it can provide special ground materials with antistatic surface, and at the same time, it can be designed to distinguish different cleanliness levels in different colors in a project.
Characteristics:
(1) Safety and protection: The PVC flooring injection moulding passivation process makes the product surface free of air holes, so that dirt cannot penetrate deep inside. Antibacterial properties provide permanent sterilization and antimicrobial treatment to prevent the reproduction of microorganisms inside and outside the floor.PVC flooring uses a multi-layer structure, using a reasonable coefficient of friction, as well as clever dispersion of walking pressure and shock absorption performance, ensuring safe walking. The design of the wear-resistant layer structure at the top of the PVC flooring highlights the advantages of the multi-layer structure, containing a glass fibre reinforcement layer to ensure that the size is permanently stable and the floor is not deformed or damaged.
(2) Maintenance convenience: Different quality products of PVC floor will reflect obvious differences in practical application. Taking wear resistance as an example, excellent wear resistance quality can reduce the frequency of daily maintenance such as waxing and cleaning, and reduce the maintenance cost in the cycle. The polyurethane topcoat attached to the surface of PVC floor has waterproof, chemical corrosion resistance and dimensional stability. It is covered with transparent PVC with strong wear resistance, which greatly simplifies the tedious maintenance steps in the service life. It is very suitable for the use requirements of some areas, such as factory decoration of clean rooms.
