It integrates the entire process flow, including automatic bottle unscrambling, precision filling, pump head press-fitting, capping, and bottle discharging, with fully automated operation throughout. (1) Equipped with a servo control system and high-precision photoelectric detection, intelligently implements no-filling-no-bottle, no-stoppering-no-bottle, and no-capping-no-bottle, preventing defective products at the source.
(2) Servo-driven metering pumps ensure accurate filling, combined with anti-drip suck-back technology and submerged bottom filling to minimize bubble generation, achieving high filling precision and consistent product appearance.
(3) Optional integration of CIP and SIP modules for the filling system enables in-place cleaning and sterilization.
(4) Optional nitrogen purging system effectively prevents oxidation of the product.
(5) Independent servo-driven capping with precise and adjustable torque prevents thread stripping, bottle breakage, and poor sealing.
(6) Compatible with 5-30 ml glass bottles and a variety of spray pump heads, supporting tool-free quick changeover.
(7) Integrated functions include leakage rejection, on-line seal-integrity inspection, and automatic alarm interlock shutdown in case of abnormalities.
(8) Can be equipped with laminar flow hoods or isolators to meet the aseptic production requirements of high-grade sterile workshops.
