Product Description

    The formulation system is a cutting-edge piece of pharmaceutical equipment designed for the precise mixing and dispensing of liquid formulations. By adding APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) into solvents like water for injection (WFI) and employing processes such as stirring, heating, sterilization, and filtration, the system creates pharmaceutical agents at desired concentrations. Widely utilized in sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing, this system ensures efficiency, reliability, and compliance with stringent industry standards.

Before manufacturing the equipment in our factory, we will carry out the same size ratio 3D design to rationalize the arrangement of pipelines, valves, instruments, etc. in the system to make the operation of the equipment more user-friendly.
