Introduction :
The aseptic eye drop filling capping production line is specially used for the automatic filling of small volume plastic bottle products such as eye drops, pet eye drops, eye drops, eye care solutions, bacteriostatic liquids, medical solutions, etc. The eye drops filling production line is composed of an automatic bottle sorting machine, a purifying gas gas washing machine, an automatic eye drop filling and stopper capping machine. The eye drop filling line has a novel design, high degree of automation, and accurate filling accuracy. For the aseptic production of eye drops, we let the entire production process be completed under the 100-level laminar flow protection and aseptic isolation operations, and isolate and protect each area, and the eye drop products meet the new national GMP requirements.
The function of the automatic eye drop filling production line: it can automatically complete the whole process of eye drop filling such as bottle unscrewing, bottle infusion, gas washing, filling, plugging, capping, and capping.
The eye drop filling machine is mainly made up of stations for filling, inner cap feeding, inner cap pressing, outer cap feeding, outer cap screwing, PLC control and so on. It is driven by cams, with accurate positioning and stable transmission. The PLC (programmable logic controller) automatically controls the entire process of filling, inner cap pressing, outer cap screwing and so on. The machine can also be equipped with a fully automatic injection molding machine and bottle blowing machine, so bottles enter the filling system directly after blowing to prevent cross contamination. The entire process is completed under aseptic condition. This machine is a medicine liquids production line, suitable for packaging of nose drops, ear drops and other similar liquids in fields like pharmaceutical industry, daily-use product industry and beauty industry. It complies with the new version of GMP regulations and is the first choice for eye drops filling.
The eye drops filling machine provides special structures for bottle-feeding and bottle-discharging to cope with different containers such as special-shaped bottles, PP, PE and PVC plastic bottles, tube made glass bottles and molded glass bottles. It holds bottles tightly without bottle overturning. It adopts PLC and thus can be easily operated. It applies 316L stainless steel materials for parts exposed to medicine liquids, which meets the GMP requirements. And it can form a fully automatic production line together with the bottle washing machine and the labeling machine.
Performance characteristics:
The fully automatic eye drops filling and cap screwing machine adopts touch screen to control operations, including peristaltic pump filling, vibrating inner cap feeding, vibrating outer cap feeding, servo controlled cap screwing, labeling, and bottle discharge.
1. Bottle loading: Bottles to be filled are manually put onto the bottle transmission turntable and then transferred by the conveyor belt.
2. Inspection: The photoelectric sensor detects whether there is an empty bottle on the main working turntable, and sends detection signal to the computer to control the operations of filling and no bottle no filling.
3. Filling: If bottles are detected in the above-mentioned process, then the PLC will control the filling nozzle to enter the bottle for filling.
4. Inner cap sending: The vibrating structure drops an inner cap onto the bottle mouth.
5. Inner cap inspection: Detect whether there is an inner cap on the bottle mouth.
6. Outer cap sending: The vibrating structure drops an outer cap onto the bottle mouth and rotates the outer cap if there is an inner cap. Otherwise, it doesn't drop an outer cap.
7. Cap screwing: The servo motor controls the torsion and rotating speed to ensure that caps are tightened and the tightness is consistent.
8. Bottle discharge: Bottles are discharged through the conveyor belt after caps are tightened.
9. Working process: The whole production line completely finishes the processes automatically: bottle loading (optional), bottle unscrambling (optional), air washing (optional), quantitative filling, inner cap loading, inner cap unscrambling, inner cap pressing, outer cap loading, outer cap unscrambling, outer cap sending, outer cap screwing, bottle discharging. High-precision ceramic pump or peristaltic pump is adopted for filling, and a whole set of mechanical arms are used, which ensures quick production speed and saves labor cost.
