Main Application
The blister packing machine consists of plastic tray forming, material feeding, heat sealing, punching and cartoning. Controlled by PLC, with advanced self-inspection function, it can automatically identify broken blister, missing bottles, missing instructions and empty carton detection memory, and 100% rejection of unqualified products. It can realize the functions of automatic feeding of medicine bottles and automatic cartoning of instruction manual;
Blister packing machines can be divided into different types according to different products and packaging type: vial blister packaging machine/ampoule blister packaging machine/Alu-PVC blister packaging machine, Paper-PVC blister packaging machine, flat Alu-PVC blister packaging machine, Alu-Alu blister packaging machine;
According to different working principles, the blister packing machine includes: roller blister packing machine, plate blister packing machine, roller plate blister packing machine;
Applicable to Alu-PVC, Paper-PVC, and Alu-Alu packing for capsules, tablets, soft capsules, milk tablets, candy, hardware, disposable syringes (ampoules, vials, prefilled needles, etc.) in the pharmaceutical, food, health care products, medical equipment and other industries; also suitable for mixed packaging of single ampoule and single vial;
Performance Characteristics
