Automatic cartoning machine is suitable for the automatic packaging of blister-packed capsules, tablets, blister trays with single/multiple ampoules or vials, large infusion bottles and similar items. The whole working process includes the transmission or stacking of medicine blisters, medicine bottles or similar objects; the transmission of instruction manuals (automatic folding of 1-4 folds can be carried out); automatic forming and conveying of cartons, automatic packing medicine blisters/bottles/articles and folded instruction manuals into cartons; and automatically finishing complicated process such as printing production batch number and paper tongue sealing at both ends. The equipment can be connected with the blister packaging machine to form a packaging line, and it can also have additional functions such as labeling or heat shrink wrapping.
According to the structure of the machine, the automatic cartoner machine can be divided into: vertical cartoning machine and horizontal cartoning machine. (The model that products are pushed into the paper box vertically is called vertical cartoning machine, the model that products are pushed into the paper box horizontally is called horizontal cartoning machine). Generally speaking, the vertical cartoning machine packaging speed is relatively fast, but the packaging range is relatively small, generally only for a single product such as blisters, while the horizontal cartoning machine can pack a variety of products, such as soap, medicine, food, hardware, auto parts, etc.
