Overview:
This vial liquid filling line is composed of four equipment: n ultrasonic bottle washing machine, a dryer sterilizer, a filling stoppering machine, and a capping machine. It can complete a series of complex functions such as spraying water, ultrasonic cleaning, flushing of the inner and outer wall of bottles, preheating, drying and sterilization, heat source removing, cooling, bottle unscrambling, (nitrogen pre-filling), filling, (nitrogen post-filling), stopper unscrambling, stopper pressing, cap unscrambling, capping and other complex functions, achieving automatic production of the whole process. Each machine can be used separately or work in a linkage line. This production line is mainly used for the production of vial bottle liquid injection and powder injection in pharmaceutical factories, and can be applied to the production and use of various drugs such as antibiotics, biopharmaceuticals, chemical pharmaceuticals, blood products, etc. According to the new GMP standards and international high standards, Marya caters to existing production processes with highly standardized and modular machines that are efficient, flexible, clean, hygienic, technologically mature, and customized to meet customer needs.
