1. Brief Introduction of The Tablet Counting Packing Machine Production Line

The automatic production line of bottle packaging can sort out empty bottles automatically. For capsules, tablets (including plain tablets), pills, triangles, diamonds, circles, and other special-shaped tablets,  it can automatic counting and bottling, dryer agent input, rotary cap sealing, and aluminum foil sealing, marking and labeling according to setting specifications. It has the advantage of accurate counting and continuous steady operation, which can meet production of all kinds of products and packaging of bottles produced to meet GMP standards.

(1) Automatic Bottle Unscrambler
Automatic bottle unscrambler is a mechatronic equipment with easy operation, simple maintenance, and reliable operation.
Bottle unscrambler is suitable for unscrambling bottles of various specifications and shapes, with higher efficiency and wider range of applications.
Stainless steel body and transparent protective cover can not only isolate pollution of external dust, but also provide perfect safety protection.
Frequency conversion speed regulation by PLC control.
For fully automatic operation and intelligent joint control of upper and lower processes, no special operation is required, saving labor cost.
Optional anti-static and sundries removal system, which can clean bottles.
Equipped with quantitative control detection and overload protection device for bottle out.
The rack and charging basket are made of high quality stainless steel with a beautiful appearance and meet the requirements of GMP.
There is no need to use air source to blow bottles, use an automatic reverse bottle mechanism, and bottle collecting device to improve production efficiency.

(2) Tablet and Granule Filling Machine   
Tablets and granules counting has a wide range of applications, and the same equipment can be used for products of different sizes to count and fill. It is easy to switch between different specifications and easy to adjust.
Accurate counting, and an independent optical detection system is adopted to ensure the accuracy and speed of counting at high level.
Granule filling line uses single-stage / multistage vibration feeding, the speed can be adjusted separately, faster speed of material separation, more uniform and smooth posture.
The surface is made of stainless steel and food-grade non-metallic materials with non-toxic and stable chemical properties, which is easy to clean and has no dead corners.
Equipped with lack of bottle, bottle plugging detection photoelectric; can effectively control normal operation of the whole system, no bottle, bottle plugging automatic stop, automatic operation after recovery.
Simple operation, all kinds of operation parameters can be set directly in man-machine interface as required by using intelligent design.
The partial structural components adjusted through mechanical and embedded snap joint design make adjustment and cleaning simple and time-saving when different products are changed.
Automatic fault diagnosis, comprehensive real-time monitoring, alarm and display.
With the memory function of parameter, no need to debug when changing products, and the original parameters are called directly.
Bottle separation by cylinder positioning, fast and accurate, can be single production or an assembly line production.

(3) Dry Agent Input Machine
The cutter is controlled by cylinder, the blade is durable and not easy to wear, and cutting action is sharp to ensure integrity of drying package.
Dry agent input machine use PLC control, Chinese and English dialogue control panel. Ten sets of data can be stored, convenient adjustment, and operator can use it easily.
The dry grain package is driven and transported by a stepper motor, stable and smooth feeding, with accurate sensing of optical eyes, accurate positioning of dry grain package, which can effectively prevent the drying package from cutting and polluting product.

(4) Rotary Cap Sealing Machine
The constant torque cap ensures that cap stops rotating after the cover meets the tightness requirement, which is suitable for tighter capping requirement.
Photoelectric sensor detection, suspension operation when bottle shortage or bottle plugging , automatic operation after recovery.
Replaceable cap can meet different bottle cap and the requirements of pressing cap.
 

(5) Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine
Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine is amplified and shaped by the feedback of high frequency current generated from oscillation source, which promotes the power module to the induction head. when metal aluminum foil is close to induction head, it produces circulating current and heat on aluminum foil, so that the aluminum foil is heated on bottle.
The equipment has self-test function, detecting shaft power stability, overcurrent  
overvoltage and overtemperature control protection, phase pin setting, adjustable power, and 
working status can be displayed on control panel for easy observation.
The equipment is equipped with waterway and water protection devices, when water source is disconnected, short of water or blocked, high voltage power supply is automatically cut off.
The cooling pump adopts bass magnetic pump, which produces very low noise and is acceptable to users.
 

(6) Labelling Machine
Wide range of applications, easy to switch between bottles, and easy to adjust.
High precision, deviation correction mechanism is adopted in belt detour, good stability, smooth labeling, wrinkle-free and bubble-free.
Excellent quality, elastic label-coated belt is adopted, label smooth, wrinkle-free, which improves packaging quality.
