The cleanroom HVAC system is to maintain the required temperature, humidity, air speed, pressure and cleanliness in the cleanroom.
 

The fuction of cleanroom HVAC:
  - Air filtration removes all microbial particles from the supply air;
  - Airflow technology makes the room sterile and dust-free;
  - Positive pressure control realizes orderly pressure gradient distribution in the whole clean room;
  - Appropriate temperature and humidity regulation inhibits the propagation of bacteria and reduces the amount of human germs;
