Main Application

The ampoule liquid filling sealing production line consists of three key components: an ultrasonic bottle washing machine, a dryer sterilizer, and an ampoule filling and sealing machine. This advanced system is designed to automate the entire process of filling and sealing ampoule bottles, offering a range of complex functions such as water spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, air and water flushing of both the inner and outer walls of the ampoules, preheating, drying, sterilization, heat source removal, cooling, nitrogen pre-filling, filling, nitrogen post-filling, and ampoule sealing.

This versatile production line can be used as standalone machines or in a linked configuration, allowing for seamless integration into pharmaceutical factories. Its primary application is the filling of ampoule injections, but it can also be used for filling antibiotic vial injections or powders. With its automated capabilities and adherence to SEO principles, this optimized production line ensures efficient and high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
