Product Description

        The Marya High-Speed Glass Syringe Filling Machine is engineered to maximize throughput in prefilled syringe production lines. Capable of processing up to 500 syringes per minute with precision within ±0.5%, it incorporates advanced vision inspection systems to ensure correct plunger placement and fill volume accuracy. The machine features rapid changeover capabilities for different syringe sizes (0.5mL-10mL) and formulations, minimizing downtime. Its stainless-steel construction and integrated CIP/SIP systems maintain strict hygienic standards, while real-time monitoring and data logging support full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. This solution is ideal for large-scale production of vaccines, biologics, and other critical injectables.

Performance Features

• The design, materials, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of the entire plastic pfs line are in accordance with the new GMP regulations.
• This cartridge syringe filling machine adopts servo control system to automatically complete the processes of honeycomb tray unpacking, tearing film, conveying, filling, plug feeding, plug filling and tray output. It's with electromechanical integration control, stable operation and high degree of automation.
