Introducing our highly efficient Oral Liquid Production Line, consisting of three essential machines: the bottle washing machine, tunnel sterilization oven, and oral liquid filling capping machine. This production line is designed to streamline the manufacturing process and ensure the highest quality standards for oral liquid bottles and small-dose solutions in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and food industries.
The Oral Liquid Production Line is divided into three distinct working areas: cleaning, drying and sterilizing, and filling and capping. Each machine can be used independently or seamlessly integrated into a linked production line for automated operations.
During linked production, this advanced line automates the entire process, including cleaning, preheating, drying and sterilization, cooling, filling, and screw (or rolling) capping. It offers a comprehensive solution for the packaging of oral liquid bottles and other small-dose solutions.

- The tunnel-type hot air circulation oven can be equipped with a real-time display and printing system for the sterilization temperature;
- The maximum sterilization temperature of the tunnel-type hot air circulation oven is 350ºC;
- The heat source of the tunnel-type hot air circulation oven is evenly distributed, and the heat source removal effect is good;
- The filling volume and filling speed are easy to adjust, and the liquid level can be configured to automatically control the feeding;
- Oral liquid Filling and capping machine uses a large turntable to transport bottles, the filling needle reciprocates and tracks the filling, and the single-pole rolling type capping, the capping qualification rate is high, and the adaptability is good.
- Adopting a unique filling process curve, which effectively prevents the filling material from foaming or splashing, and is suitable for filling liquids that are easy to foam;
- The sealing station can use capping or rolling to complete the sealing operation;
- It can be configured with Open-RABS isolation protection system and 100-level air purification laminar flow system;
- It can be equipped with high-performance non-bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, and linkage squeeze bottle stop function;
- Has full-line linkage function, linkage control of front and rear equipment;
