        The Marya Versatile Glass Syringe Filling Machine is specifically engineered to meet the dynamic needs of clinical trial sample preparation. Its flexible design supports rapid changeovers between diverse syringe formats (0.5mL-10mL) and formulations, enabling efficient handling of small-batch productions with precision within ±1%. The system features customizable filling parameters and integrated data logging to ensure complete traceability and compliance with regulatory standards. With user-friendly touchscreen controls and minimal sample loss technology, it enhances workflow efficiency while maintaining the sterility and accuracy critical for preclinical and clinical studies.

Performance Features

• The design, materials, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of the entire plastic pfs line are in accordance with the new GMP regulations.
• This cartridge syringe filling machine adopts servo control system to automatically complete the processes of honeycomb tray unpacking, tearing film, conveying, filling, plug feeding, plug filling and tray output. It's with electromechanical integration control, stable operation and high degree of automation.

• Fully automatic control and monitoring of the production process using control technologies such as high-precision colour touch screen operation and monitoring, PLC automatic control, automatic protection and mainframe variable frequency speed regulation;
