Introduction

The Pure Steam Generator is a system or device that produces high-quality pure steam that is sterile and free of impurities, minerals, particles, and chemicals, and meets regulatory standards for use in critical processes with stringent contamination control requirements. It provides a flexible one-stop solution based on distillation (i.e. thermal) to generate pharmaceutical-grade pure steam (PS), and mainly used for high temperature sterilization of clean equipment to meet CIP/SIP requirements of equipment.
