Product Description

Main Application

The production line for filling and sealing ampoule liquids consists of three main components: an ultrasonic bottle washing machine, a dryer sterilizer, and an ampoule filling and sealing machine. This advanced system enables the automatic completion of various tasks such as water spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, air and water flushing of the inner and outer walls of ampoule bottles, preheating, drying and sterilization, removal of heat sources, cooling, nitrogen pre-filling, filling, nitrogen post-filling, and ampoule sealing. The entire process is automated, allowing for efficient production. Each machine can be used independently or in conjunction with others as part of a linked line. This comprehensive production line is primarily designed for filling ampoule injections in pharmaceutical factories, although it can also be utilized for filling antibiotic vial injections or powders.
 

Performance Features

1. The whole ampoule filling line meets new GMP requirements, and the cleaning effect meets the new Pharmacopoeia standards and requirements.
2. The whole aseptic ampoule liquid filling line can adopt straight-line layout or wall-to-wall L-shaped layout to reduce risk of cross-contamination and ensure aseptic level.
