This advanced system offers a wide array of features, including water spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, thorough flushing of the bottle's inner and outer walls, efficient preheating, drying, and sterilization processes. It also ensures the removal of heat sources, proper cooling, bottle unscrambling, and the option for nitrogen pre-filling and post-filling. Additionally, the line incorporates stopper unscrambling, stopper pressing, cap unscrambling, and capping functions, making it a comprehensive and automated production solution.

Our versatile production line is specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of pharmaceutical factories, enabling efficient filling of vial liquid injections and freeze-dried powder injections.
