This advanced machine is specially designed for the fully automated filling and plugging of pre-filled syringes with liquid materials such as cosmetic gels and medical solutions. Equipped with high-precision servo motor-driven metering pumps, it achieves filling accuracy within ±0.5%, suitable for syringes ranging from 0.1mL to 50mL. The all-stainless-steel structure, combined with a sterile isolation chamber, complies with GMP standards and supports CIP/SIP online cleaning and sterilization. The intelligent control system features a user-friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface), enabling storage of multiple process parameters for one-click task switching. A vision inspection module is integrated to monitor fill volume,

Performance Features

• The design, materials, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of the entire line are in accordance with the new GMP regulations.
• The hyaluronic acid filling machine adopts servo control system to automatically complete the processes of honeycomb tray unpacking, tearing film, conveying, filling, plug feeding, plug filling and tray output.
