Overview
This fully integrated production line consists of four key pieces of equipment: an ultrasonic vial washer, sterilization and drying machine, filling and stoppering machine, and capping machine. It performs complex functions such as water spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, bottle internal and external wall rinsing/flushing, preheating, drying sterilization, pyrogen removal, cooling, vial sorting, (pre-nitrogen filling), filling, (post-nitrogen filling), stopper sorting, compression, cap sorting, and capping, achieving fully automated production throughout the entire process. Each machine can operate independently or as part of the integrated line, primarily designed for the production of Xilin vial injections and freeze-dried powder injections in pharmaceutical factories, applicable to the production of antibiotics, biopharmaceuticals, chemical drugs, blood products, and various other medications.
