Product Description

      The Marya Pharmaceutical-Grade Purified Water System delivers USP/EP/JP-compliant water for critical injectable applications (e.g., vaccines, biologics). This fully automated system produces WFI (Water for Injection) and Purified Water with conductivity <1.1 µS/cm and endotoxin levels <0.25 EU/mL, utilizing multi-stage purification (RO+EDI+UV+electrodeionization). Constructed with 316L SS sanitary piping and CIP/SIP automation, it ensures microbial control and 21 CFR Part 11 data integrity. Pre-validated for IQ/OQ/PQ, the system supports batch/continuous production (50L/h-5m³/h) with real-time TOC/conductivity monitoring. Ideal for GMP facilities requiring audit-ready documentation.
