Aseptic prefilled syringe filling and sealing line is mainly used for the unpacking, film tearing, filling and stoppering of disposable syringes, cassette bottles and vial bottles in honeycomb trays in pharmaceutical factories to realize the filling and sealing of pharmaceutical liquid. It is mainly used for the production and packaging of vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, small molecule heparin, insulin, hyaluronic acid and other sterile products.
The use of this production line for the filling and sealing of disposable liquid medicine can reduce the additional filling amount of liquid medicine, and the residual amount of liquid medicine is small when used, which can improve the utilization rate of liquid medicine, so as to effectively reduce the cost. Aseptic prefilled syringe filling and sealing line adopts box-type disposable syringe bottles, cassette bottles and vial bottles, without the need for bottle cleaning and sterilization, so there is no need to configure cleaning machines, dryers and other equipment, which can reduce equipment costs and reduce the risk of pollution. Stopper after filling, the exposure time of the liquid is short, and the pollution risk is small.Vacuum stoppering method can be adopted with less residual air after stoppering, residual amount < 20μL, which may meet the requirements of high oxygen residue of drugs.
This line is used for commercial production in medium and high speed volumes and provides a low-risk, flexible treatment for sterile syringes.
