Product Description

Main Application

The ampoule liquid filling and sealing production line consists of three key components: an ultrasonic bottle washing machine, a dryer sterilizer, and an ampoule filling and sealing machine. This advanced system enables efficient and automated production of ampoule injections in pharmaceutical factories. It offers a range of complex functions, including water spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, air and water flushing of the ampoule bottle's inner and outer walls, preheating, drying, sterilization, heat source removal, cooling, nitrogen pre-filling, filling, nitrogen post-filling, and ampoule sealing.

Our versatile production line can be used as standalone machines or in a linked configuration, providing flexibility and scalability to meet different production needs. While its primary application is ampoule injections filling, it can also handle antibiotic vial injection filling or powder filling tasks.

1. The whole ampoule filling line meets new GMP requirements, and the cleaning effect meets the new Pharmacopoeia standards and requirements.
2. The whole aseptic ampoule liquid filling line can adopt straight-line layout or wall-to-wall L-shaped layout to reduce risk of cross-contamination and ensure aseptic level.
