The whole working process includes the transmission or stacking of medicine blisters, medicine bottles or similar objects; the transmission of instruction manuals (automatic folding of 1-4 folds can be carried out); automatic forming and conveying of cartons, automatic packing medicine blisters/bottles/articles and folded instruction manuals into cartons; and automatically finishing complicated process such as printing production batch number and paper tongue sealing at both ends. The equipment can be connected with the blister packaging machine to form a packaging line, and it can also have additional functions such as labeling or heat shrink wrapping;

1. Inside the magazine, the blister cards are counted when they free fall via the servo-motor and are then held in position by the transfer belt.
