About Fan filter unit FFU
The FFU fan filter unit is a self-contained fan filter unit suitable for laminar and non-laminar clean room environments. It has a high degree of flexibility and is suitable for various ceiling keels and ceiling systems. According to different design requirements, it can be easily upgraded and integrated into any kind of keel structure to achieve the cleanliness of class 100, class 10, or even class 1.
The FFU fan filter unit can be used in modular connection, which makes the FFU fan filter unit widely used in clean room, clean table, clean production line, assembled clean room and laminar flow cover and other applications.FFU fan filter unit with initial, high-efficiency two-stage filter. The fan draws the air from the top of the fan filter unit and filters through the primary and high efficiency filters.FFU fan filter unit has the following characteristics:
- FFU is especially suitable for assembling into super-clean production line. It can be arranged as a single unit according to the process needs, or multiple sets can be connected in series to form a 100-stage assembly line.
- FFU fan filter unit adopts external rotor centrifugal fan, which has the characteristics of long life, low noise, no maintenance, small vibration and stepless speed regulation. Suitable for obtaining a higher level of clean environment in various environments.
- FFU for different areas, different levels of clean room, micro-environment to provide high-quality clean air. In the new clean room, clean workshop or renovation, it can not only improve the cleanliness level, reduce noise and reduce vibration, but also greatly reduce the cost. - Shell structure is made of high quality aluminum-zinc plate, light weight, corrosion resistance, rust prevention, beautiful and generous.

- FFU laminar flow hoods are in accordance with the US Federal Standard 209E, and METOME dust particle counters are scanned and tested one by one to ensure the quality.
