Product Description

The production line consists of ultrasonic bottle washing machine, sterilizing dryer, ampoule filling and sealing machine, which can complete the complex functions of spraying water, ultrasonic cleaning, flushing water/air on the inner and outer walls of bottles, preheating, drying sterilization, de-heating, cooling, (before filling nitrogen), filling, (after nitrogen), sealing and so on, to realize the automated production of the whole process;

Each machine can be used speretely or be used as a linkage line. It can be used for the production of ampoule injection solution in pharmaceutical factories. It is mainly used for ampoule injection production in pharmaceutical factories, and the general-purpose model can be used for both ampoule injection production and multi-functional production of antibiotic vial injection/powder dispensing.

FEATURES:
The whole line design, material, manufacture, assembly, and commissioning are in line with the new version of GMP or FDA drug production specification requirements, and the bottle cleaning effect is in line with the new pharmacopoeia standards and requirements;

The whole line of can adopt linear layout or wall-mounted L-shape layout, which reduces the risk of cross-contamination of drugs and provides the level of sterility guarantee
