Introduction:

Fermentation tank, also known as bioreactor, is a core equipment for microbial and cell culture, widely used in biopharmaceutical, food, enzyme preparation, vaccine and other industrial fields. Our products cover full range from laboratory scale (5L-500L) to pilot and industrial production scale (500L-1000m³), equipped with advanced automatic control systems that meet GMP and FDA requirements. We provide integrated services including design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, personnel training and process system development.

Classification:

1)Laboratory Scale Fermentation System: Designed for fundamental R&D and process exploration. Compact structure, flexible operation, equipped with essential automatic control functions for temperature, pH, DO, and speed. Suitable for strain screening and culture condition optimization. Specifications: 5L-500L.

 

2)Automatic Fermentation System (Biomedical Grade): Specifically designed for biopharmaceutical and vaccine production. High-precision sensors (pH accuracy ±0.01, DO accuracy ±1%), equipped with automatic SIP (sterilization-in-place). Features data recording, audit trail, and power-off protection.

 

3)Multigang Parallel Automatic Fermentation System: This product is widely used for scientific research and the fermentation production of industrial scale, can be applied to biological pharmaceutical, food and agriculture and other industries. We provide fermentation engineering general contracting from the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, training, technology system. And can be combined with fermentation products, assist customers to pass qualifications. Special specifications can be customized, special requirements can be designed specially.

 

4)Pilot-Plant & Production Scale Microbial Fermentation Equipment: This equipment covers a specification range of 500L to 1000m³, suitable for process scale-up, pilot production, and small-to-medium scale commercial production. Tank design pressure ≤0.3MPa, working pressure ≤0.15MPa, internal/external polished to Ra≤0.4μm, equipped with manhole, sight glass, pH/DO/temperature sensor ports, and flame vaccination port. Top entry mechanical agitation with aseptic sealing, adjustable mixing shaft, and multi-form combined impeller blades (level 1 comb high-efficiency impeller as standard). Deep aeration from tank bottom with two-stage filtration: pre-filter (0.3μm) and sterile filter (0.01μm). Piping system with zero dead leg and no residual material; all valves in contact with media are sanitary diaphragm valves with polished tubes.
