The Marya Pharmaceutical Aseptic Vial Filling Machine line is composed of an ultrasonic bottle washing machine, dryer sterilizer, filling and sealing machine. It can complete spraying water, ultrasonic cleaning, air & water flushing of the inner and outer wall of the bottle, preheating, drying and sterilization, heat source removing, cooling, (nitrogen pre-filling), filling, (nitrogen post-filling), sealing, and other complex functions, realizing automatic production of the whole process. Each machine can be used separately or in a linkage line.

Washing Machine
Uniform irradiation time is ensured in ultrasonic washing and vials are inverted at the washing unit for efficient washing.
Dry Sterilization Machines
Depyrogenation is performed by a hot circulation method which maintains a cleanroom class 100 status. Sterilization of the cooling unit is possible by either dry heat sterilization or gas decontamination
Filling and Rubber Stopper Machines
The double transfer rake design allows fast but stable transfer. A filling method can be selected from various types and an IPC automatic sampling unit is provided.
Sealing Machine
The load applied to the cap top is monitored for all vials to achieve stable seaming.
