Cleanroom Equipment
1. Air shower
Introduction:
Air shower is a kind of local purification equipment with strong versatility, which is installed between clean room and unclean room. When people and goods want to enter the clean area, they need to be blown through the air shower. The clean air can remove the dust carried by people and goods, and can effectively block or reduce the dust source into the clean area. The front and rear doors of the air shower/ cargo shower are electronic interlocking, which can also play the role of air lock to prevent the unpurified air from entering the clean area.
Characteristics:
(1) Humanized control panel design, clear indicator light indication, giving clear wind flow indication.
(2) Modular structure: the air shower chamber box adopts modular design scheme, which can be assembled into various length of air shower size according to actual needs.
(3) High performance and high sealing: using imported electronic components with stable and reliable operation performance, advanced noise-reducing mute device system and using EVA sealing materials with high sealing performance.
(4) Optional online suspended particles, floating bacteria detection, detecting the number of particles, wind speed, pressure difference, temperature and humidity in real time, and forming the curves and reports.
2. Cargo Shower
Introduction:
The cargo shower room is the necessary passage for the goods to enter the clean room. It can reduce the pollution caused by the goods entering and leaving the clean room.
Characteristics:
(1) The system adopts PLC intelligent control method. The LED display screen on the control panel can correctly display the running state of the air shower, the interlocking state of the double doors, the progress of the air shower cycle and the delay opening state.
(2) Humanized operation: humanized design of control panel and clear indication of indicator light give clear indication of cargo shower flow to users.
(3) High cleanliness and high wind speed: The two-stage filtration system of AAF primary and high efficiency filter in the United States is adopted, with no partition, low resistance and high efficiency.
(4) Modular structure: the cargo shower chamber box adopts modular design scheme, which can be assembled into various length of air shower size according to actual needs. A cargo shower is composed of one or more air shower units. For large volume air shower equipment, it can be divided into several modules, which makes production,transportation and installation particularly convenient and fast;
