Introduction:
Marya negative pressure isolator is designed to provide a safe, enclosed and controllable negative pressure working environment for pharmaceutical, laboratory and healthcare applications. Constructed with high-quality stainless steel, it effectively prevents the leakage of hazardous substances, aerosols, toxic powders and pathogens, protecting operators, products and the surrounding environment from cross-contamination.
Applications:
It is widely used for the handling, weighing, sampling and dispensing of cytotoxic drugs and hazardous materials, ensuring stable negative pressure, reliable sealing and full compliance during production and operation.
Features:
1. High protection level: It can provide operators with the highest OEB5 protection level (OEL<1ug/m³);
2. Professional customization: according to different process requirements (can be customized explosion-proof function) to provide the most suitable isolator design and design can be provided in the early stage of the complete MOCK-UP services as well as mid-project three-dimensional display services;
3. Intelligent: Intelligent control system, can be integrated with a number of expansion ports, such as printing, storage, etc., and can be integrated into the SCADA system;
4. Perfect WIP system: chamber bottom tilt design and chamber internal arc angle R ≥ 20, cleaning without dead angle;

9. Provide CDCV service: carry out sterilization cycle development, validation research and service;
10. Preferred manufacturing materials: all materials inside the chamber are made of 316L or PTFE, and the chamber polishing grade is 0.4μm~0.6μm; all key components are international first-line brands (Camfil, EBM, SIEMENS, etc.);
