Products Description
The light inspection machine consists of a frame, a bottle feeding device, a rotating disc mounted on the frame, a photoelectric detection unit, and a bottle discharging device. This machine is suitable for liquid detection in transparent bottles in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and chemicals, primarily targeting the inspection of vials, ampoules, oral liquids, and eye drop medications.
1. Sealing and Package Integrity Inspection
Upon entering the machine, each container is automatically inspected for the following key metrics:
(1) Container Contamination: Identifies stains, impurities, or any foreign matter adhering to the bottle surface.
(2) Sealing Performance: Detects low vacuum levels resulting from improper sealing or other factors. It adopts laser gas chromatography inspection which requires the vial to be filled under nitrogen or vacuum conditions.
(3) Package Integrity: Checks whether the bottle is capped without rubber stopper or plastic cap, etc. .
2. Foreign Matter Inspection
Capable of accurately identifying various types of insoluble foreign matter and dynamic/static impurities, including but not limited to:
(1) Solid contaminants such as glass fragments, fibers, and hair.
(2) Discolored particles like black spots, white spots, and colored spots.
(3) Impurities mixed in during the filling process and precipitated foreign matter in a static state.
3. Appearance Defect Inspection
Check whether there is a defect on the top of bottles and other critical areas, specifically:
Sealing Defects: Drawing, flat cap, oblique cap, carbonization, wrinkled aluminum seals, etc.
Container Defects: Structural flaws such as cracks or bulges.
