The Oral Liquid Production Line is a comprehensive solution consisting of three essential components: the Bottle Washing Machine, Tunnel Sterilization Oven, and Oral Liquid Filling Capping Machine. This versatile production line is designed with three distinct working areas: Cleaning, Drying and Sterilizing, and Filling and Capping. Each machine can be used independently or seamlessly integrated into a linked production line.

In a linked production setup, this advanced system automates the entire process, encompassing cleaning, preheating, drying, sterilization, cooling, filling, and screw (rolling) capping. It is specifically tailored for the efficient production of oral liquid bottles and other small-dose solutions in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, food, and related industries.
