1. Introduction

The closed ampoule filling machine is a new generation of the closed ampoule open, drawing, filling and sealing combined equipment for injections. It uses rectangular feeding instead of the traditional ampoule feeding method. In this case, the feed is stable and the ampoule is not easily damaged. There is a modern clutch under the ampoule feeding hopper. Therefore, the ampoule feeding can be stopped at any time while the machine is still running. Therefore, it can reduce the loss of ampoules. Change the electromagnetic switch to a mechanical switch in the section where filling is stopped. It is reliable and durable. The bottle discharge device adopts a structure of pouring and arranging bottles. It greatly reduces the damage rate of finished ampoules.
This machine is based on the principle of inclined movement of ampoules during filling and sealing. The filling device is built on a stainless steel square pipe rack, completely surrounded by a stainless steel cover, and has a matte finish. In addition, there is a large opening at the bottom of the machine for easy cleaning. The suspended electrical control panel is lifted from the machine for easy operation and safety. 3. Process Operation
The pre sterilized D-shaped ampoule tray can be directly loaded into the machine's inclined hopper. The magazine type medicine box conveys closed ampoules on a moving inclined ampoule rack in a manner of one/two/four/six/eight. The rotating rod of the ampoule rotates the ampoule, and the extreme pressure of the gas heats the ampoule. The ampoule opening process is completed by preheating and opening under gas pressure (LPG+oxygen). During the ampoule movement process, the pre inflation, filling, post inflation, preheating, and sealing stations perform filling and sealing operations. Finally, the filled and sealed ampoules will automatically be collected onto the machine's collection tray.
