The fully automatic nasal spray filling machine is specifically designed for water-based spray products and is widely applicable to medical nasal spray preparations, physiological saline, nasal care solutions, antibacterial sprays, and similar products. It integrates the entire process flow, including automatic bottle unscrambling, precision filling, pump head press-fitting, capping, and bottle discharging, with fully automated operation throughout. This significantly reduces manual intervention and effectively resolves common issues in traditional production, such as low efficiency, large filling errors, uneven sealing, and insufficient cleanliness. It is the core equipment for standardized and large-scale mass production of spray products.

(1) Pharmaceutical Preparations: Suitable for filling production of medicinal products such as rhinitis sprays, hormonal nasal sprays, antibacterial nasal solutions, and suspension-type nasal preparations.

(5) Independent servo-driven capping with precise and adjustable torque prevents thread stripping, bottle breakage, and poor sealing.

(7) Integrated functions include leakage rejection, on-line seal-integrity inspection, and automatic alarm interlock shutdown in case of abnormalities.
