Designed for sterile biologics, vaccines, and parenteral solutions, this system features peristaltic pump filling technology to eliminate cross-contamination risks while handling sensitive formulations. The fully automated, CIP/SIP-ready design ensures compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 1, with optional isolator integration for potent compounds. Real-time weight verification and automatic reject systems guarantee 100% dosage integrity, while rapid changeover (under 15 minutes) maximizes uptime for vials from 2R to 100mL.

- The whole line design, materials, manufacturing, assembly and debugging all meet the requirements of the new GMP or FDA, and the bottle cleaning effect of the bottle is in line with the new pharmacopoeia standards and requirements;
- The whole line can be straight layout, or wall-type L-shaped layout to reduce the risk of drug cross pollution and provide the level of aseptic protection;
- Applicable specifications: 1ml-100ml Xilin bottle (according to the specifications provided by the user);
- Production capacity of 1,000-36,000 bottles per hour;
- Number of filling heads: 1-20 heads, selected according to the production requirements;
- Filling accuracy: ± 1% (determined according to drug characteristics);
