The Marya Closed-Containment Formulation System is engineered for safe and precise nanocrystal development of high-potency cytotoxic drugs (OEB 4-5). This isolator-based system integrates nanomilling with zirconia beads (≤200nm PSD control), in-line dynamic light scattering (DLS) analysis, and containment-rated powder transfer to maintain exposure levels <0.1μg/m³. Its CIP/SIP-compatible chambers and disposable fluid paths eliminate cross-contamination risks, while PAT-enabled crystallization monitoring ensures FDA/EMA-compliant batch consistency. Ideal for oncology APIs and ADCs, Marya's system achieves >90% yield with 50% faster process optimization versus traditional methods.
