Main Applications
Modular Cleanroom Panel is widely used for the manufacturing facility in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, cosmetic, electronic industries. As good manufacturing practice(GMP) required, the production area environment need to be controled accordingly.
The cleanroom wall system has various core materials filled in to satisfy different requirements. According to different environments, fireproof, heat preservation, noise reduction, moisture-proof, etc., different core materials are selected to adapt to different cleanroom requirements.

Marya cleanroom modular wall panels can be used to reinforce the hole reinforcement and the line pipe box is assembled in the factory in the factory to effectively reduce the secondary pollution during use. 


 

Cleanroom technology is a wide application of semiconductor manufacturing, rechargeable battery industry, life sciences, and any other field that is highly sensitive to environmental contamination. The outside air entering a cleanroom is filtered and cooled by several outdoor air handlers using progressively finer filters to exclude dust.

Within, air is constantly recirculated through fan units containing high-efficiency particulate absorbing filters (HEPA), and/or ultra-low particulate air (ULPA) filters to remove internally generated dust or other particle. Special lighting fixtures, walls, equipment and other materials are used to minimize the generation of contaminant . This will be considered from cleanroom design at the very begining.
