Applications
Bag in and bag out filter box(BIBO) is a filtration system for safety protection, which is generally connected to the exhaust system to prevent the leakage of harmful substances and pollutants. It is applied to the replacement of air filters or chemical filters in hazardous environments, which provides a safe and reliable replacement method. The replacement of the filter is carried out in the protective bag, which can avoid the contact between the gas in the box and the outside world, so as to protect the safety of the operator and the environment. Composition and construction:
The composition of BIBO filter is similar to combined air-conditioning unit, which is to combine different functional units into the bag in/bag out Housing (BIBO Housing) according to the demand of use. Common functional units include: Pre-filter, High Efficiency Particle Filter (HEPA), High Efficiency Gas Adsorption Filter (HEGA), Precision Scan test Sections, etc.
Under normal circumstances, BIBO filter consists of two parts, filter unit and detection unit. The most simple filtration unit contains only high efficient particle filter, if the air is not filtered before entering BIBO filter, pre-filters must be used to protect the high efficient particle filter. If the filter gas need adsorption filtration, then high efficiency air adsorption filter is needed; Detection unit refers to an automatic (or manual) precision scan test sections.
In addition to the above main components, there are some supporting equipment on BIBO Housing, such as pressure gauge, pressure hole, quick connection port, etc.. Micro high efficiency particle filters are used between these components and the BIBO housing, to ensure good isolation effect from the outside. BIBO filter and the bubble tight isolation dampers constitute a complete air filtration and isolation system, which is called "Containment Systems" in North America.
BIBO adopts the design of single or multiple filtration system: single filtration system only has a high efficiency filter; the multiple filtration system can increase the primary and middle efficiency filtration section, chemical filtration section, activated carbon filtration section and double high efficiency filtration section.
