Introduction :

Passbox is a kind of auxiliary equipment for clean room, mainly used for the transfer of small items between clean area and clean area, clean area and non-clean area, in order to reduce the number of clean room opening and reduce the pollution of clean room to the minimum degree. The passbox is made of stainless steel plate, which is flat and smooth. Double door is interlocked, effectively preventing cross contamination. It is equipped with electronic or mechanical interlocking device, and with ultraviolet sterilization lamp. Passbox is widely used in micro science and technology, biological laboratory, pharmaceutical factory, hospital, food processing industry, LCD, electronic factory and others which to need air purification.

Performance Features:

• Mechanical interlocking device: the internal interlocking is realized in the form of machinery. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened. One door must be closed before the other door can be opened.

• Electronic interlocking device: the interior uses the integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, indicator lights, etc.to achieve interlocking. When a door opens, the indicator light to open doors of the other door is not on, showing that this door can not be opened, while the electromagnetic lock acts to achieve interlocking. When the door is closed, another electromagnetic lock starts to work, and the indicator light will light up, indicating that another door can be opened.

• Made of all 304 stainless steel wire drawing, which is beautiful and effective to avoid rust;
