Product Description

1. Overview
Hydrogen-oxygen generator uses NaOH or KOH aqueous solution as the electrolyte, and uses the electrochemical reaction of water electrolysis to decompose hydrogen and oxygen from the water. The hydrogen is burned as fuel and oxygen is used for combustion, is a high-tech new environmentally friendly energy equipment, also known as Brown gas generator. Hydrogen-oxygen generator only needs to turn on the power switch to provide a continuous supply of hydrogen and oxygen fuel, which can replace the existing acetylene, propane, liquefied gas and other fuel gases. Hydrogen-oxygen generator (brown gas generator) is used as a clean and environmentally friendly gas which widely used in the sealing of ampoules in pharmaceutical companies. The ready-to-use working method greatly improves the safety in the use of gas source, saves the operation process of personnel, and improves the qualification rate of drug sealing.

The pharmaceutical industry has the following advantages in the application of hydrogen-oxygen generator technology in the field of liquid injection and ampule drawing and sealing:

• Significantly reduce the cost, compared with the liquefied gas sealing method, saving more than 50% of the cost.
• Improve the medicines' quality and meet the requirements of GMP and product exportation. When using liquefied gas to seal, the burning of liquefied gas will produce carbides, sulfides and other harmful gases that affect the quality of medicines, these gases have a larger molecular weight than air, so a small amount of gas will be encapsulated in the medicine bottle, which will affect the quality of the medicine. The National Drug Administration has strict requirements for this.
• Using hydrogen and oxygen flame to seal, the complete combustion of hydrogen and oxygen will only produce a small amount of water vapor, no polluting gas is produced, and the water vapor quickly escapes upward in the air, and will not be encapsulated in a medicine bottle. Therefore, it fully meets the requirements of national GMP certification and the requirements of drug exportation.
• Improve drug sealing qualification rate and sealing speed. The hydrogen and oxygen flame is concentrated, and the heat energy utilization efficiency is 1.5 times that of liquefied gas. Using hydrogen and oxygen flame sealing, the sealing qualification rate can reach 99%, and the sealing speed can be increased by about 5%.
