Main Applications

Shanghai Marya Compact High Speed Glass Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine is composed of ultrasonic bottle washing machine, dryer sterilizer and ampoule filling and sealing machine. It can complete spraying water, ultrasonic cleaning, air & water flushing of inner and outer wall of ampoule bottle, preheating, drying and sterilization, heat source removing, cooling, (nitrogen pre-filling), filling, (nitrogen post-filling), ampoule sealing and other complex functions, realizing automatic production of the whole process. Each machine can be used separately or in linkage line.

The ampoule filling and sealing production line is composed of ultrasonic bottle washing machine, dryer sterilizer and ampoule filling and sealing machine. It can complete spraying water, ultrasonic cleaning, air & water flushing of inner and outer wall of ampoule bottle, preheating, drying and sterilization, heat source removing, cooling, (nitrogen pre-filling), filling, (nitrogen post-filling), ampoule sealing and other complex functions, realizing automatic production of the whole process. Each machine can be used separately or in linkage line. The whole line is mainly used for ampoule injections filling in pharmaceutical factories and the general type can also be used for antibiotic vial injection filling or powder filling.



 

 

Washing: Rotary type ampoule washing machine is a state of the art device that is designed to aseptically clean ampoules with minimum contact between the machine parts and the container. The equipment has a specially designed automatic gripping mechanism that holds ampoules from the neck, inverts them and cleans them before discharging them in the feed worm system at upright position.It is suitable for busy pharmaceutical and chemical packaging industries as it has a high production output of 240 ampoules per minute and is able to clean 1ml - 10ml ampoules. Each machine has 6 washing stations, with each station having 3 needles for water cleaning and 3 for air washing. 

 

Drying: The RSM glass ampoule sterilizing drying machine can automatically complete the all procedures, from bottle feeding, preheating, drying and sterilizing, cooling, to discharging. Based on laminar flow principle and hot air high speed sterilization technology, the machine can reach the national cleanliness 3rd level (USA industry standard class 100 cleanliness). This sterilizing drying equipment can be used independently or used in combination with other equipment, like bottle washing machine, filling and sealing machine, etc.

 

Filling & Sealing: The glass ampoule filling and sealing machine is designed for filling and draw sealing of 1 ml to 20 ml glass ampoules with high filling accuracy. It can automatically perform all the processes, from bottle feeding, nitrogen protection, liquid filling, preheating, draw sealing, to final bottle discharging. The machine can be used independently or used together with ultrasonic cleaning machine and sterilizing drying machine together.
