The purpose of freeze-drying within the food industry is to extend the shelf-life of food while maintaining quality. Under vacuum conditions, a vacuum freeze dryer machine using the sublimation principle makes water in pre-frozen medicine to be sublimated directly from the icy state to vapor without ice melting, then removed, thus achieves medicine freeze-drying. The vacuum freeze dryer combines a refrigeration system, a vacuum system, a heat conduction oil heating system and a dehumidification system, and introduces a new type of box structure.
