Product Description

 

     The Marya Precision Ampoule Filling Machine delivers pharmaceutical-grade accuracy for liquid injectables, vaccines, and sterile solutions. This fully automated system combines servo-driven volumetric dosing (accuracy: ±0.5%) with integrated flame sealing, achieving speeds up to 200 ampoules/minute. Its patented anti-drip nozzles and in-line weight verification ensure perfect fills from 1ml to 20ml, while the adjustable gas-flame sealer guarantees hermetic seals compliant with EP/USP leakage tests.Designed for Grade A/B environments, the GMP-compliant machine features CIP/SIP ports, 21 CFR Part 11 data tracking, and quick-change tooling for different ampoule sizes (1-20ml). The vision-assisted alignment system prevents sealing defects, and IoT-enabled predictive maintenance reduces downtime by 25%. Ideal for lyophilized products with optional pre-stoppering.v


OUR PRODUCTS

The infeed metal belt gently pushes the bunch of ampoules towards the infeed screw, which separates and transports them to the intermediary wheel to be handed over to the transport rake. The transport rake hands gradually the ampoules over the machine through the opening station for ampoules (option), filling station (pre-gassing, gassing during filling and post-gassing are optionally available) and sealing station. Thus a careful object transport is ensured.
 

Filling through seal-less rotary piston: the volume to be filled is set through the colour touch-screen operator interface and can be stored in dedicated recipes. The ampoules are centered below the needles in order to allow the gassing and filling needles to move into the ampoules without touching their neck, so that wetted neck and black spots resulting from carbonisation are avoided.
 

In order to increase the production flexibility, peristaltic pumps can optionally be fitted to the machine After the flame sealing station, the filled and sealed ampoules are gently pushed out of the transport star wheel by an exiting finger into the outfeed magazine. The objects can then be discharged from the outfeed magazine by means of suitable trays.
