Product application:
In terms of automatic air conditioning control of the purification system, the fresh air unit (MAU-1, 2) uses frequency conversion fans, and the frequency converter is controlled by the static pressure sensor on the main air supply pipe. Electric control valves are installed on the fresh air pipes connected to each air volume and positive pressure control circulation unit (AHU), and the opening of the electric control valves is adjusted by the positive pressure value of each clean room to make the positive pressure value does not change with the change of the exhaust air volume of the production equipment. The change of the opening of the electric control valve causes the change of the static pressure on the main air supply pipe, and the frequency of the fan of AHU-1 and 2 is adjusted according to its set value to achieve the purpose of control.
