Introduction :
Full-automatic Plug (Aluminum Cap) Cleaning Machine is mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry for the cleaning, siliconization, sterilization, drying, cooling, aseptic discharging and other processes for the gum plug (aluminum cap) of powdered injection preparation, lyophilized powder injection, oral liquid and infusion. According to the requirements of GMP standard of national pharmaceutical production management, this equipment adopts automatic (manual) feeding, rough washing, fine washing, sampling and testing, steam sterilization, vacuum drying, hot air drying, vacuum cooling, automatic discharging, to complete the cleaning of rubber plugs (aluminum caps);

• Cleaning drum is designed with flexible structure, cantilever support and floating support to ensure the safe and stable operation of large cleaning machine.

• Cleaning the drum external drive, special alloy steel mechanical seal and sanitary soft material seal combination, to eliminate pollution and leakage;

• Equipment is configured with double protection and double door interlock for entering and exiting materials to ensure the use of equipment and product safety;

• Vacuum drying and reheat vacuum drying process, the moisture of the rubber plugs can reach the requirement of 0.5‰;

• It can be configured with a special broken vacuum filter module design for in-line sterilization and filter integrity testing;

• It can be configured with an outlet Orabs laminar flow to protect the rubber stopper (aluminum cap);

• Glue plug (aluminum cap) discharge can be selected from laminar flow protected aseptic bag heat-laminated discharge, fully enclosed tube discharge and laminar flow protected drum discharge;

• PLC full-automatic program control; color LCD screen real-time display of the system's working condition, online monitoring, detection and control;
