Introduction:
The pharmaceutical cartridge filling machine is composed of an ultrasonic bottle washing machine, air-drying and silicone oil spraying integrated machine, tunnel sterilizing dryer and cartridge stoppering filling and capping machine. It can complete the complex functions of spraying water, ultrasonic cleaning, flushing water/inflating air on the inner and outer walls of bottles, air drying, spraying silicone oil, preheating, drying and sterilization, heat removal, cooling, adding bottom stopper, filling, capping and sealing, etc., and realize the automatic production of the whole process. Each machine can be used separately, or in linkage line. The whole line is mainly used for the cartridge injection production under aseptic conditions in pharmaceutical industry.

Unlike a cartridge filling line, nest type RTU containers are brought to the filling machine in the cleanroom as single or double bags and unpacked in a semi-or full-process. There are two main methods of transferring nest boxes to the sterile field. The first option is to use an electron beam or H2O2 for external purification.
