Product Description
Main application:
VHP sterilizer is highly effective, non-toxic and harmless biological decontamination equipment, and has been widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. Mainly used for on-line sterilization (SIP) for isolators for laboratories and production lines, freeze dryers, sterile liquid mixing tanks, sterile pass boxes, and small cleanrooms. It utilizes the spore-killing ability of vaporized hydrogen peroxide at a normal temperature by forming a free -OH to attack cellular components, including lipids, proteins and DNA, finally to achieve complete sterilization requirements.
Features:
1.The bactericidal and viricidal ability of the VHP (Vaporized hydrogen peroxide) sterilizer can reach 6lg, very reliable sterilizing effect;
2.The decomposition products of the hospital room sterilizer are only water vapor and oxygen, no other toxic residue, very safe;
3.The VHP decontamination equipment adopts food grade hydrogen peroxide solution, no harm to the environment and human body;
4.The gas plasma sterilization equipment has rapid cycle process with very low operating cost;
5.Vaporized hydrogen peroxide generated by the hydrogen peroxide vapor sterilization equipment has excellent material compatibility.
