Cleanroom Equipment
1. Air shower
Automatic control, electronic interlocking, double door lock when blowing, infrared induction automatic blowing. Stainless steel semi-glass door automatic door closers, transparent windows, inner low plate made of stainless steel; software test controller, LED display and set blowing time, the range of 0~99 seconds adjustable, the internal use of round involute duct, high wind speed, low noise.
2. Cargo Shower
Introduction:
The cargo shower room is the necessary passage for the goods to enter the clean room. It can reduce the pollution caused by the goods entering and leaving the clean room.
Characteristics:
(1) The system adopts PLC intelligent control method. The LED display screen on the control panel can correctly display the running state of the air shower, the interlocking state of the double doors, the progress of the air shower cycle and the delay opening state.
(2) Humanized operation: humanized design of control panel and clear indication of indicator light give clear indication of cargo shower flow to users.
(3) High cleanliness and high wind speed: The two-stage filtration system of AAF primary and high efficiency filter in the United States is adopted, with no partition, low resistance and high efficiency.
(4) Modular structure: the cargo shower chamber box adopts modular design scheme, which can be assembled into various length of air shower size according to actual needs. A cargo shower is composed of one or more air shower units. For large volume air shower equipment, it can be divided into several modules, which makes production,transportation and installation particularly convenient and fast;
3. Mist Shower
Introduction:
The mist shower will produce fog which is less than 10 um, or even smaller, wrapping the dust to achieve decontamination. The spray nozzle of the mist shower is not general type, it must adopt a specially designed nozzle and control its operation through intelligent PLC.

4. Passbox

(3)The double door adopts the built-in type, which is embedded in the box body, and the outer surface is flat;

5. FFU
a. Introduction:
FFU is an English abbreviation, full known as Fan Filter Units, Chinese meaning "fan filter units", is a kind of self-powered, with filtering effect of modular end air supply device. Its main function is that the air is inhaled by the fan from the top of the FFU and filtered by the HEPA. The filtered clean air is evenly sent out at the entire outlet surface at the speed of 0.45m/s soil 20%, so as to meet the clean requirements of the clean environment. It is mainly installed in the clean area, the ceiling keel of the working area and the equipment machine. It is widely used in semiconductor, optical electronics, precision instruments, biopharmaceutical, aerospace, automobile, hospital, food, spraying, printing and other fields.
6. Biosafety cabinet
Introduction:
Biosafety cabinet (biological safety cabin.BSC) is a box-type air purification negative pressure safety device which can prevent aerosol dispersal of certain biological particles with hazardous or unknown nature during experimental operation and treatment. It is widely used in research, teaching, clinical testing and production of microbiology, biomedicine, genetic engineering, biological products and other fields, which is the most basic safety protection equipment in the first class protective barrier in laboratory biosafety.
Characteristics:
(1) 10°tilt angle design conforms to the ergonomic principle, and the operation experience is better.
(2) The shell adopts high-quality cold-rolled steel plate and electrostatic spraying; the stainless steel(SUS304) integrated structure is adopted on the three sides of the operation area of the safety cabinet, and the internal cleanable parts are treated with 8 mm large round corners, which is convenient for cleaning.
(3) The integrated working table adopts the tray structure, which is easy to remove and clean. There is a liquid collecting tank under the operation table and a sewage valve underneath.
