Main Application

Our Ampoule Liquid Filling Sealing Production Line is designed to meet the needs of pharmaceutical factories, providing automated production for ampoule injections. The production line consists of three essential components: an ultrasonic bottle washing machine, a dryer sterilizer, and an ampoule filling and sealing machine.

The ultrasonic bottle washing machine ensures thorough cleaning of ampoule bottles through efficient spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, and air and water flushing of the inner and outer walls. This step guarantees the cleanliness and hygiene of the containers.

Next, the dryer sterilizer performs preheating, drying, and sterilization of the ampoule bottles. It effectively removes heat sources and cools the bottles, creating an optimal environment for the filling and sealing process.

The ampoule filling and sealing machine is the final stage of the production line. It accurately fills the ampoule bottles, optionally pre-filling them with nitrogen for enhanced product stability. The machine then seals the ampoules, ensuring their integrity and preventing contamination.
